Welcome to City of Alexandria Vendor Self Service
If you are re-registering, please use the same email address that you have been using for VSS as this will retain your vendor profile, commodities, and history.

To begin: Click on the Arrow in the upper right hand corner to Log In

This will redirect you https://identity.tylerportico.com/ This is the new Community Access Identity website that will be used for authentication going forward.

You will have two options for account authentication.

You can use an email address and a password (just as before), or you can use one of the 4 social media access services (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook).

To re-register an account with a valid email address and Password

Click on Sign up at the bottom next to Don't have an account?

Enter your Email, Password, First Name, and Last Name

***NOTE: This password does not need to be the same as your email password. There are password requirements that will display.

PASSWORD GUIDELINES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

At least 8 character(s)
At least 1 number(s)
At least 1 lowercase letter(s)
At least 1 uppercase letter(s)
Does not contain part of username

Click Sign up

A verification email will be sent from Community Access Identity

When you receive the verification email, click on Activate Account

Once activated, you will be directed to the User Profile page within Tyler Portico

Navigate back to the registration page and click Back to sign in

Select desired service

You may receive a confirmation message from the selected service asking you to confirm sharing data with Community Access Identity, confirm with YES

You will be automatically redirected back to the VSS website
